Have you ever walked into a store and felt like the signage was a bit overkill? OK, we get it the store is 70% off, we don’t need to see it on the outside of the store, on a flyer in the store, AND have the associate repeat it to us more than once.

The Business is removing their barriers & they are TELLING you:

➕ The chat popup on a website is removing the barrier of customer ACCESS. Have a question? We are here to help you immediately.
➕ The email POP-UP on a website is removing the barrier of awareness. They want you to know when the next thing launches.
Businesses know you want to BUY. They know it before you do. That’s why they set their site up in a way that removes whatever barriers you may have & primes you to purchase.
BUSINESS OWNERS LISTEN UP
Selling isn’t the issue, it’s the lack of awareness you have around the customer that’s causing the problem. The product will sell itself if you create ACCESS.
