Before this, I spent the early part of my career in corporate, leading celebrity marketing strategies for billion-dollar brands.
Since then, inside KLC The Studio, I’ve helped over 30 clients grow — collectively generating over $500K in sales.
So yes, strategy and results? That’s my zone.
But here’s the part people don’t see.
I didn’t build this business by being the loudest, the most visible, or the best at “showing up.” I built it by figuring out how to position myself in a way that made sense for how I actually operate.
I’m not the “post every day, be everywhere” type. I’m an introvert who dreads content creation and would genuinely rather spend the day coloring. (Disney coloring, to be specific. It’s a whole situation. We will totally chat another time about it)
Being “on” all the time drains me. Being on social too much tanks my mental health. And the idea that I needed to share my life story in order to sell always felt… off. I kept wondering what my childhood had to do with running a marketing agency.
So I stopped trying to force marketing tactics that didn’t match me and focused on something else instead:
Positioning.
Getting so clear on what I actually did, who it was for, and how to communicate that value, that the right people could recognize it without me performing online 24/7.
I stopped focusing on trendy content. Instead, I got specific about what I wanted to be hired for and stopped marketing the 12 other things I could do.
I quit trying to be "relatable" with lifestyle content. Instead, I leaned into my natural marketing style and became consistent with it, so my brand became recognizable.
Once that shifted, everything got simpler. My content had a point. Sales Convos were shorter. The right people started reaching out already understanding the value instead of me trying to convince them. That's the type of clarity you will create in this container.
