I ran a broke agency for nearly a year. Brand awareness, not an issue for me, I can market my little behind off. Signing clients is also not a problem, I have referrals and lead gen. Trying to maintain it all is where I suffered. Between working a full-time job, building a house, and running the agency with 8 contractors I was drowning in client work and expenses.
I remember looking at my phone reading a notification that said “your account was overdrawn” and thinking “no one prepared me for this”. Everyone talks about signing the clients but no one mentions what happens AFTER the fact.

what is included in the content concepts?
I know when people here content calendar their brain can go to "generic posts" like talk about a pain point your audience has. This my friend is not that. These content concepts will be tailored towards your unique offer and will be specifically geared towards helping you launch or sell it on evergreen. Unlike a generic content calender we will focus on concepts that help you sell Omni channel style! If you have a podcast we will include podcast concepts, if you have an email list that's been a ghost town we will create ideas to get that moving too.
